CSR Committees

NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH COMMITTEE

Provides safety and security information to the Association members, in collaboration with the Crowley Police Department, on suspicious and criminal activities that may or have occurred in our subdivision. 

SPECIAL EVENTS & ACTIVITIES COMMITTEE

Engages, encourages and energizes the Association members within our subdivision through sponsored community events and activities for all to participate in.  

NEWSLETTER COMMITTEE

Provides relevant and quarterly information to the Association members regarding activities, sponsored events, news and community highlights in the subdivision and in the City of Crowley.  

BEAUTIFICATION COMMITTEE

Encourages the enhancement and maintenance of each Association member’s property curb appeal and beautification of our subdivision.  

CLUBHOUSE COMMITTEE

Provides a sanitized, clean and functional space for Board and Committee meetings, as well as birthday parties, baby showers, and other celebrations/events.

POOL COMMITTEE

Assists in providing a safe, healthy and secure pool environment for all of our Association members enjoyment.

WELCOME COMMITTEE

Provides initial and pertinent information to all new Association members as part of our way of saying ‘welcome to our subdivision.’

 

COMMITTEE MEMBER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Give at least 1 hour/week to the committee’s activity/functions
  • Recruit other committee members
  • Work under the authority of a director
  • Support your HOA and be current on your annual assessment
  • Attend regular quarterly board members and the annual HOA meeting
  • Consider activities that benefit the entire community
  • Be a team player!
