The Crescent Springs Ranch Homeowners Association welcomes you to our community and to the CSR family.
There will be a Crescent Springs Ranch Homeowners Meeting on May 27th, at 7pm via Zoom. A Zoom link is below if you would like to attend. The there will be an Open Forum during the first 15 minutes of the meeting if any homeowner during this time would like to ask any question and know that no action will be taken Thank you.

Attention HOA Members: May 1st begins the POOL season from 9am to 9pm daily. The pool will be closed every Monday from 9am to 1pm for pool maintenance and it will reopen at 1pm. There will be a Security Guard at the gate to ensure that all who want access to the pool have a pool keycard. If you do not have one download the Pool Application and Waiver form found under the “Document Tab”, complete it and send it in with your $50 fee.
Parents Remember: No children under the age of 16 will be allowed into the pool area without a parent present inside the pool area. Since there is NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY, parents, if you want to leave the pool area and you have children under 16 years of age in the pool, you CANNOT leave them in the pool area unsupervised without an adult being present. So, take them with you and return with them thereafter.

All residents and their guests are invited to use the community’s clubhouse, pool, volleyball net and park. However, specific rules do apply.

CSR HOA consists of at least seven volunteer committees dedicated to maintaining a safe, beautiful, community-sponsored activities and events inclusive of a welcoming environment. We invite you to join a committee that peaks your interest as well as participate in the scheduled activities and events.
