The Crescent Springs Ranch Homeowners Association was ratified as an Homeowner’s Association with the Office of State of Texas Secretary of State on November 4th, 2004 and it was at this time our subdivision began to become populated with new houses and owners. The governing of this HOA began with the builder’s and a few homeowners and once the first phase of the homes were completed the builder’s turned over the full governing of this Association to the homeowners. From that time until now, the Crescent Springs Ranch Homeowners Association has been governed by volunteer homeowners comprising of five (5) elected, Board of Directors in the offices of President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer.
A pool and wading pool, playscape, and volleyball area was part of the first and second building phase amenities along with about 343 homes. The third building phase amenities included a clubhouse and about another 330 homes for a total of 673 homes. We are proud to say that this subdivision does not connect with another community thereby providing privacy, safety and a sense of community.
There is a safe sidewalk/bike trail that leads to the City of Crowley’s Bicentennial Park as you leave our pocket park heading south less than 3 blocks away where fishing, disc golf, children’s playscape areas, a pavilions for live music, reserved cabana space in the park, a new community center, open green space for other activities like soccer, football, etc. picnicking and plenty of space where family barbecues can occur.
In November of 2019 the Board of Directors instituted six (6) active Volunteer Committees: Special Events and Activities, Newsletter, Beautification, Pool, Neighborhood Watch and Clubhouse. We also established a sixth (7) committee called “Welcome” that will serve to introduce new homeowners in to this community and Association. A member of the Board of Directors have the oversight over a volunteer committee’s Chairperson and committee members.
The Crescent Springs Ranch Homeowners Association Board of Directors invite you to volunteer and or participate in all of the sponsored committee activities, utilize the amenities as an Association member in good standings and help us maintain the curb appeal that convinced you as well as us to buy the place we call “home” here in Crescent Springs Ranch.
On behalf of the Crescent Springs Ranch Homeowners Association Board of Directors, I, Kimberly Warner, President, say “Welcome to our community and to the “Crescent Springs Ranch family.”
